I recieved this via email today:

Dear student organizations,

Rec fest is in couple of days and we wanted everyone to know the details. They are short but important.

Rec Fest is this Saturday, 10am -4pm. Food, drinks, giveaways, and prizes will be provided by local vendors.

The modo of Rec Fest is “Be seen, be Herd” This especially for student organizations. We encourage all student organizations to bring as many members as possible.

We are also encouraging all the student organizations to have a fun, exciting, and interactive table.

We did have designated tables. Although to ensure student organizations will come the tables are first come first serve basis now, unless otherwise.

There is a NO alcohol, NO drug policy. Just as a reminder.

Note that tables are no longer designated. We’ll have to show up early in order to get a better spot.
